What is QUOTE LIST?
The 'Add to Quote List' button is a special feature which allows visitors to quickly add multiple products of interest, to a single enquiry form. When you have added all products required, your Quote List can easily be sent off to one of our awesome staff to help you.
- Simply complete the quotation form with a few quick contact details, submit and you're DONE!
Once submitted, we will contact you (usually within 2 business days) with pricing and any other information requested.
*Be sure to double check your JUNK MAIL folder* - Sometimes our replies are marked as spam by some email servers / software, and thus...junked.
For your convenience, a copy of your completed Quote List is also sent to your submitted email address, so you can check details and info etc.

How do I access My Quote List?
Your Quote List can be accessed easily from the following locations:
HEADER / TOP OF PAGE

- 'SHOP' - From the drop-down menu / list under 'SHOP'
- 'QUOTE LIST' - By clicking on 'QUOTE LIST' link
- ICON - By clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' ICON
How do I use Quote List?
Simply go to any products you would like to add to your Quote List
and click the 'ADD TO QUOTE LIST' button :)
Step 1: Add Products
To ADD products to your Quote List, simply find any products of interest and click the handy 'ADD TO QUOTE LIST' button!
This button is located directly under the product features area on the right-hand side of each product page (product information / important points area, next to the main product image) as shown in the above example image.
After each product has been added, a confirmation message will appear beside the 'ADD TO QUOTE LIST' button for a few seconds... and a panel will slide out from the right hand side, showing your added products...
HELP: Disabled / Missing ‘Add to Quote List’ Button?
If you do not see an 'ADD TO QUOTE LIST' button, it's probably because more information is required before the product can be added.
In the example below, there are WHEEL OPTIONS and OPTIONAL EXTRAS available for this trolley, simply make your choices from the drop-down list...
After you have completed an entry in each field / box, the Quote List button will appear below the information of your chosen WHEEL SELECTION, as pictured in the example below:
Step 2: Your Details
When you have finished adding products and want to view and submit your Quote List, simply click the ICON on the right-hand side of the page, or go to the full 'MY QUOTE LIST' page (opens in new tab)
*if you are new to this process or are unsure, simply follow the steps in the "How do I access 'My Quote List'" section, further up the page.
From the 'My Quote List' page you can edit quantities and/or remove products from your Quote List before sending.
In order to make contact with you regarding your Quote List, we require only 3 key bits of information: Name, Email and State / Territory within Australia. We only ask for this simple location detail in case of daylight savings and/or public holidays which may occur when trying to contact you.
All other information is optional, however the more information you can provide may help us understand and serve you better... and could greatly speed up the quotation process.
Step 3: Send!
We offer an optional quote on freight for your products - If you would like a quote on freight included, please ensure you include DELIVERY POSTCODE and DELIVERY SUBURB. Let us know if you require freight quote on ALL items or each item individually etc.
*Keep in mind this will allow us to better estimate on freight to your area, and if you decide to go ahead with the order, only then will we collect full delivery details etc).
When you have completed these details on your Quote List Request Form, all that's left to do is click the LONG BLUE BUTTON with the WHITE ENVELOPE ICON on it, and you're all set!
Q. How long will it take for a response??
A. One of our awesome Custom Trolleys' team members will contact you, usually within 2 business days (excludes public holidays, weekends and our annual 2 week end-of-year closure) :)
