Custom Trolleys has become a major player in the Australian Materials Handling scene, with nationwide customers including JB Hi-Fi, Origin Energy, AlphaFlight, Super Amart, Super Retail Group, Woolworths, Armaguard, Toll, and many more!

As we move onward it is our goal to ensure that Custom Trolleys Australia is known for our huge range of quality items, great customer service, and our willingness to go the extra mile.

Along with our China connection, we establish a manufacturing network of local specialist service providers for volume trolley production. This network greatly expands our production capabilities, manufacturing capacity, and allows us to offer Australian-made products at up to 40% lower sell prices while supporting our local community.

Our business name is changed to Custom Trolleys Australia!

In 2011 we forged a strong relationship with a manufacturing business based in China, owned and operated in Australia. Now our large volume buyers can prototype and trial from our workshop, and once perfected have volume orders produced overseas to gain the best balance between price and quality.

2008 saw us move to our own purpose-built premises, opening up an exciting new world of opportunities as our workshop and showroom areas greatly expand. Since the move we sought to increase our range by securing distribution agreements with key suppliers within our industry.

Along with Hercules we are now proud to include a range of suppliers for which we are key agents, increasing our range to include very high capacity wheels & castors; plastic tubs, bins & crates; rubber matting, marine carpet & PVC curtains; revolutionary omni-directional wheels; aluminium folding trolleys; lightweight, durable plastic trolleys; folding, elevating hand trucks, evacuation chairs and so on.

In 2005, Hercules branched out from materials handling equipment, and added Hercules Carparking Systems (HCS). HCS has a massive range of space-saving car parking and storage equipment, with capabilities from creating two car spaces from one, right up to creating forty car spaces from three.

In 1998, we became the official Queensland distributor for Hercules Complete Lifting Solutions, which allowed us to incorporate a full range of manual, hydraulic, and electric lifting and moving equipment.

The extensive Hercules range includes equipment for handling drums, pallets, crates, and much more, but the product Hercules are best known for is their range of electric stairclimbing trolleys. With the capability to carry from 110kg to 1500kg up stairs, these trolleys save labour, injury, time, and money.

Hercules equipment is imported from countries all over the world, including the United States, Italy, China, Germany, Austria, and France.

AAA Custom Trolleys began from the need for better removals equipment…

In 1997, with our creation of several new labour-saving designs, AAA Custom Trolleys was underway.

Looking to expand our business, we purchased a small manufacturing company called Matmo Hand Trucks & Trolleys, which further increased our range and capabilities. Since then, our product range has grown with each new project we have undertaken, and we now boast the widest standard range of hand-fabricated trolleys made in Australia, from order pickers to engineer-approved oxy/acetylene trolleys.

Everything we use in the trolley making process is sourced locally, from welding consumables to wheels & castors, from powdercoating to steel & aluminium. Our trolleys are fitted with only quality wheels and castors.
