Expanding adaptors are used in conjunction with bolt hole castors and allow you to fit the castor to the end of round or square tubing. You simply screw the adaptor onto the threaded bolt protruding from the top of the castor, insert it into the tubing and then turn the bolt. As you turn the bolt it compresses the adaptor towards the head of the castor which forces the adaptor to expand inside the tube holding the castor in place. A low cost and reliable way of fitting castors to tubing. Great for trolleys and mobile work benches. Able to suit round tubing from 16-32mm. Able to suit square tubing from 19-32mm. Able to suit either M12 or M10 bolts. Available in adaptor and bolt kits or the adaptor only.
